Mr. Jiji John | Executive Director

Mr. Jiji John is a Technocrat turned Business Operations Professional and now a Social Sector Enthusiast, having over 28 years of extensive experience in Business Development, Project Management, Product Management, Operations and Service Delivery Management in Telecom, Broadband, NGO, Crowd Funding and Digital Marketing Organizations. He holds a B.E. from Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. His wish is to see that every child gets proper nutrition, education and health facility to help build a Healthy Generation and in turn a Healthy Nation.

Mr. Shaji Varghese | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shaji Varghese is a self-starter with a passion towards the developmental work and core competency in cross-functional management with over 27 years of experience. He is skilled at recruiting, orienting, training and disciplining managers; by carrying immense expertise in developing strategies, objectives, and assigning accountability. Equally indulged in travel activities for corporate (MICE) and successfully accomplished the subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurement, allocating resources for the smooth operation. He truly believes and follows that 'Humanity is our religion' and henceforth wants to work tirelessly to ensure an educated, healthy and sustainable future for the weaker section of the society, and build a better tomorrow for today's children. He always thinks about team welfare and selflessly loves to work for underprivileged children. Last but not least he is an enthusiastic sports person, and traveler who always lives his life to make others happy.

Meena Lokhande | Head - Project

Ms. Meena Lokhande is an experienced Senior Manager for Resource Mobilization with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She completed her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship in 2009 and gains 15 years of experience in the social sector. She has newly been associated with Child Help Foundation but never fails to shows her skilled in negotiation, business planning, operations management, business development, and forecasting. Previously she used to work with as a Director of Barbhaya Orphanage for Hindu Girls and consult POSH trainer services to the corporates.

Partha Roy | National Director

"Mr. Partha Roy is a desirous personality who always share his 27 years of experience to give his best. He has completed his B.sc in the year 1988 from Calcutta University and Designated as National Director, Resource Mobilization with Child Help Foundation from the past two years. Previously he has worked with Help Age India as a Regional Manager and Smile Foundation as a Regional Head. In Child Help Foundation he looks after the team of school fundraising in the eastern part of India. "
